Welcome to Bishnat which promotes the art of Jewish music
through concerts. We have held four successful sell out
chazanut/jewish music concerts for the community over the
last two years in London and Leeds. Through the transformative
power of Jewish music, we hope that the audience feels a
renewed sense of pride in their Jewish heritage, and connection
to their community and identity.
The Charity
The charity was established to hold concerts across the community, bringing a sense of wellbeing. The aim is to spread an appreciation of Jewish music to educate, improve public interest and understanding of this music. The events in Israel on 7th October 2023 brought a new purpose for the charity, we re-invented our concerts to reflect the feeling of the community and show support and solidarity with Israel. The charity has evolved, but continues with the same values .
